Shipping policy

Once we have received your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We send all our domestic parcels via Australia Post, and all deliveries must be addressed to any recognizable Australian addresses. Currently we do not ship to anywhere outside of Australia. For further information please refer to the followings:

Standard Shipping

• 2 to 8 business days;
• $14.95 Standard Flat Rate Shipping on all orders less than $100.

Express Shipping

• 1 to 4 business days;
• $18.95 Express Flat Rate Shipping on all orders less than $100.

Free shipping for all orders over or equal to $100 on Standard Shipping only.

Please ensure the delivery address details are entered correctly. Should your parcel be returned to us due to an incorrect address entered, an admin fee of $15 will be charged to you for re-sending the same parcel, plus any additional fees charged by Australia Post.
